Compliant with international food safety standards
Our sourcing, processing, and export operations are aligned with internationally recognized food safety frameworks including HACCP principles, ISO 22000 food safety management, and EU food law (Regulation (EC) No 178/2002). Every shipment is accompanied by an official Health Certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, plus an aflatoxin analysis report from an accredited laboratory in line with Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/915.

Calibration & Grading
Pistachios are graded by precise size calibers (e.g., 7–9, 9–11, 11–13 mm) for uniform specifications.
Packaging & Traceability
Each batch is packaged under controlled conditions with a lot number for full traceability.
